A 136 bed hotel business with guaranteed rental income through contract with a tour operator for approximately 400.000Euros per season. Currently the contract provides a mixed clientele of Scandinavian, Polish, Czech and German guests.
Through the pool bar business another 40.000Euros - 50.000Euros are earned during the season. Completely constructed to its full capacity and founded in 2002.
The hotel staffing requires:
- three (3) reception personnel,
- three (3) servers for the morning restaurant shift and
- three (3) for the evening shift,
- two (2) kitchen staff members,
- three (3) cleaning staff members,
- one (1) barman for the pool bar.
The monthly payroll expense is approximately 15.000Euros. Paid for five (5) months, seasonal payroll expense is 75.000Euros.
Electricity runs approximately 1.000Euros per month, an average of 5.000Euros for the season. The individual air conditioning units are rented for five (5Euros) euro a day.
All included and after expenses, the hotel generates a net annual income of 280.000Euros – 300.000Euros for the season, which lasts from April until October.
The eight year old Beach Hotel is 1.500mē, with a basement area of 800mē that is utilized as common staff area / storage and a 300mē parking garage. Upon entering the beach hotel, a large reception area with ManagerĒs Office is in the foyer. The hotel is constituted by luxurious furnished accommodations with a capacity of 2-6 individuals and all fitted private air conditioning, shower, mini bar, telephone, colour TV and hair dryer. The hotel features marble flooring and is completely furnished.
The restaurant and kitchen are located on the ground level of the hotel. The restaurant is open daily and features a menu that currently offers a mix of traditional Cretan and international cuisines with a bar area.

CHRYSI AKTI (Golden Beach)
Chrisi Akti is a beautiful beach very close to the centre of Chania (aprox. 2km) A small peninsula shapes two small bays, perfect for swimming, with calm waters and sandy beach. On the peninsula there is a small church called Agii Apostoli. You can get there by urban bus service from Chania or by car if you take the road to Kissamos.
STALOS
Seaside area with rooms for rent, taverns, beautiful beach and great night-life. You can get there by suburban bus service (KTEL) from Chania or by car if you take the road to Kissamos.
AGIA MARINA
A small village in the western part of the town of Chania. Every summer, on the 17th of July, a great festival takes place. The beach of Agia Marina, is one of the most beautiful of the Northern part of the prefecture. Also visitors can participate in many water sports that take place. You can get to Agia Marina with suburban bus service (KTEL) from Chania or by car is you take the road to Kissamos.
