Building Structure:
Five (5) Year UNCONDITIONAL Structure Coverage, excluding **Earthquakes (Earthquake Insurance is available in separate Insurance coverage). The five (5) Year period will commence at the date of the title transfer and it will cover, at total builderΆs expense, all defects caused by the builder.

Interior:
18 Months Conditional Guaranty for defects caused by the builder or the manufacturer, including: Doors, Floors, Cabinets, Walls and Ceilings. The developer excludes all damages caused by the occupants.

Mechanicals:
The developer will provide and transfer to the homeowners the standard manufacturer's coverage.
